How this Local Luxury Ice Cream Company is Making Their Way into Chef’s Kitchens Across the Country – Keith and Nicki Schroeder, High Road

Keith and Nicki Schroeder are the founders of High Road Craft Ice Cream, an ice cream manufacturing company made by chefs, for chefs. A former James Beard Award-Winning Chef, Keith wanted to make perfectly crafted, luxurious ice cream that could be enjoyed by consumers and chefs alike. Now, one of the fastest growing ice cream manufacturers in the country, High Road has no plans of slowing down.

Keith was a chef for many years and decided to pursue his MBA in 2008 at Kennesaw State University, and ultimately, received his Executive MBA in 2010. He says at the time it was fairly uncommon for a chef to call an ice cream company and ask for a custom flavor, in a custom quantity, at a pre-determined time, thus Keith and Nicki took advantage of the opportunity to satisfy these needs of the culinary community.

Keith and Nicki have made it their mission to find the right ingredients for the perfect ice cream, no matter where they have to find it, in order to deliver the best product possible to their clients.
