QuickBooks and Allstate team up for small business healthcare coverage

With the announcement of a new strategic partnership alongside Allstate Health Solutions, Intuit—the global technology platform that powers Intuit QuickBooks, TurboTax, Credit Karma, and Mailchimp—will soon offer QuickBooks Online Payroll customers more insurance options for their staff. This collaboration reflects QuickBooks’ mission to give companies and workers a complete platform for managing work, benefits, and compensation in one convenient location—all while saving time for time-pressed business owners.

This collaboration marks a significant advancement in offering business owners all-encompassing assistance when choosing perks for their organizations and staff. QuickBooks Online Payroll customers can browse and buy insurance policies through a specially designed online portal.

Additionally, clients will have access to a group of benefits experts from Allstate who are committed to creating the best plan possible for their company and workforce. Having deductions synchronized with QuickBooks Payroll reduces errors. It saves employers the headache of manually adjusting deductions whenever a team member changes or a new hire is brought on board.

After enrolling, customers will be able to access:

  • Increase Plan Selection with a Modern User Experience: Allstate will provide QuickBooks users with a wide range of insurance choices, including Medicare products, customizable high-deductible plans, small- and large-group private plans, and high-deductible plans with a variety of Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) options.
  • Extensive Add-on Benefits: QuickBooks customers can utilize new voluntary and supplemental benefit products from Allstate for the first time. This covers hospital stays, mishaps, serious illnesses, life insurance, short- and long-term disabilities, and long-term care. For a more inclusive business and employee user experience, Allstate will soon provide extra alternatives, including identity theft protection, pet insurance, legal protection, compliance insurance, and different spending accounts.
  • An Exclusive Agent Network for Users of QuickBooks: QuickBooks users can now reach a call center with over 300 representatives directly if they need assistance with their Allstate Health Solutions insurance policy. This makes getting professional advice, tailored suggestions, and a thorough comprehension of the many intricate health insurance choices possible.
