U.S. Bank has introduced a new online platform, Business Resources Central, to offer free financial education and business tools designed to help small business owners manage and grow their companies.
The platform is available to both U.S. Bank clients and non-clients, including small businesses within the bank’s supplier network. It features self-guided courses on topics such as business continuity planning and preparing to seek financing, along with links to U.S. Bank resources and Financial IQ content.
U.S. Bank officials say the initiative reflects the institution’s broader commitment to supporting the small business sector by improving access to capital and financial literacy. Business owners can explore the platform independently and connect with U.S. Bank representatives for further assistance as needed.
The educational hub was developed in partnership with Next Street, a small business support firm that provides training, digital tools, and growth strategies. Business owners can create free accounts on the platform, which also connects users with U.S. Bank advisors and procurement specialists for personalized support.
According to the bank, small business suppliers often face barriers to accessing quality networks and advice. The new platform provides these businesses with a dedicated learning resource to help them overcome those challenges and improve their long-term viability.
Further, U.S. Bank also offers on-the-ground support through business access advisors located in more than a dozen U.S. markets. These advisors work directly with entrepreneurs to help them secure funding and make strategic connections.
Next Street leadership emphasized that the new platform is part of a shared mission to help small businesses unlock their full potential. By offering resources tailored to small businesses, they aim to support job creation, innovation, and local economic growth.
Business Resources Central is now live at usbank.nextstreet.com, with additional features and support expected to expand in the coming months.
