Constant Contact, an AI-powered marketing partner, and Canva, the world’s leading visual communication and collaboration platform, have expanded their existing integration, enabling users to move from design to a live campaign in a single step.
The update, announced at Canva Create on April 16, adds a new direction to the existing partnership. Previously, Constant Contact users could push files into Canva for quick edits. Now, once a design is finished in Canva, it can be sent directly through Constant Contact to email, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, with scheduling, automation, and reporting handled automatically.
“When you can go from a great design to a campaign that gets you seen by your customers across email and every major social channel in one click, that changes everything for a small business owner,” said Lee Ott, Chief Product and Growth Officer at Constant Contact, according to the company’s press release.
Workflow improvement
With the expanded capability, users can design, schedule, and automate campaigns within a unified workflow. Instead of downloading and re-uploading creative assets between platforms, businesses can now publish directly from Canva into Constant Contact. Brand assets also remain synced between the two platforms, helping ensure consistency across campaigns.
The integration is built with time-strapped entrepreneurs in mind, particularly those managing marketing efforts on their own. By removing manual steps, the tool reduces the risk of errors and shortens the time required to launch campaigns.
Performance tracking
The integration also includes built-in reporting features, allowing users to track campaign performance across multiple channels. Business owners can choose where content is distributed and rely on Constant Contact to handle delivery and scheduling.
The companies said the integration will be available at no additional cost for existing and new Constant Contact users. New users can also access the platform through a free trial without providing a credit card, lowering the barrier to entry for small businesses operating on tight budgets.
