Josh Block is a seasoned business leader, entrepreneur, and the author of People Matter @ Work. His leadership journey took a defining turn when he was unexpectedly promoted from sales representative to president over the course of a weekend at age 29. That abrupt leadership shift sparked a deep passion for creating cultures where people thrive at work and in life. Under his leadership, Block Imaging grew from fifty to more than four hundred team members and became known for a people centric culture.
