Natasha Broxton: U.S. Chamber of Commerce C0-100 Honoree

During this year’s 2025 U.S. Chamber of Commerce CO-100 Awards, ASBN connected with Natasha Broxton, president of Select Auto Parts & Sales Inc., one of the only Black- and woman-owned auto recyclers in the U.S.

Based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Select Auto Parts & Sales purchases used and retired vehicles, dismantles them and sells recycled auto parts. They operate a 125,000 sq. ft. indoor facility, where they store and ship tested engines, transmissions, batteries, wheels and tires.

Broxton’s entry into the business was built on grit and determination. Her family has had years of experience in the recycling industry, and her husband owns and operates a tire recycling company that processes over a million tires annually.

When they were contacted about a 125,000 sq. ft. facility filled with junk tires, they completed the work and purchased the property, transforming it into Milwaukee’s sole indoor auto parts facility.

"I didn't have any experience. But I had the grit and the heart to figure it out. Now, I've been here, and it's 13 years later."

Though she had no prior experience, Broxton conducted research and learned what was needed to bring their vision to life. She advises aspiring entrepreneurs to grow their professional networks, engage with other business owners, and take advantage of free resources, such as the CO-100.
