The agency has guided clients through significant reputational challenges, helping them communicate internal decisions effectively to prevent employee dissatisfaction and customer loss. Kane emphasizes the importance of what she calls “social business,” ensuring businesses deliver their brand promise consistently in every interaction, from employee engagement to customer service.
Today, Kane Communications Group has 30 employees, is expanding through acquisitions, and plans to operate in multiple states and serve global clients within five years.
