Meta introduced Muse for Small Business on Tuesday, after successfully launching its consumer AI agent. This new service integrates Muse with popular business software and Meta’s own professional tools, aiming to help small businesses complete work using tools they already rely on.
Muse can connect with applications such as Asana, Zoom, Intuit, Box, Canva, and Salesforce’s Slack. It can also access Meta’s ad accounts and professional Instagram and Facebook profiles.
The launch follows Meta’s Sept. 28 announcement that it will roll out a new enterprise platform featuring a Muse agent, a business agent and a coding tool. Meanwhile, pricing mirrors the existing Muse app, which is free within usage limits and requires a subscription beyond that.
When business owners give Muse a goal, such as finding new customers or running daily operations, Meta said the agent works toward it across the connected apps. Moreover, the company reports that there are 200 million small businesses on Facebook and has spent nearly two decades building relationships with them through its applications. These businesses increasingly want more time to implement their ideas, creating an opportunity for AI agents to handle routine tasks.
